McGinn and 2 Prospects return for Galiardi & Winnick Canucks give up 2 – 4th rounders for Pahlsson

That's a hefty price for UFA and an RFA.  McGinn was also San Jose's toughest forward so this was about getting two bodies for one but if toughness is what they need giving up McGinn is a steep price. 

Two 4^th round picks for Pahlsson is a steal as 4^th round picks are a crap shoot at best anyway.  I like this deal for Vancouver.
