Salo to Return vs. Oilers

(Sports Network) - Canucks head coach Alain Vigneault feels his team is better with defenseman Sami Salo in the lineup. He'll put that theory to the test when the blueliner makes his return to the ice this evening against the Edmonton Oilers. Salo has missed the Canucks past six games due to a concussion suffered on a low hit by the Bruins' Brad Marchand back on Jan. 7, a hit that earned Marchand a five-game suspension following a major call for clipping. http://tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=385931
My Take:  Its great to see Sami back from injury.  He's been outstanding for the Canucks and should help their back end in all facets of the game.   Boston fans probably still think he faked it to ensure Marchand received the stiffest penalty possible. I'm guessing one game would have been sufficient for that but good on Sami for going all the way with it.  Next year I hope they plot to get Chara a 5 gamer too!!
