New York tops San Fran 20 – 17 in OT

Five plays after the 49ers' Kyle Williams fumbled a punt, Tynes kicked a game-winning 31-yard field goal in overtime, sending the Giants to the Super Bowl with a 20-17 victory over San Francisco in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday.

My Take: A game even better than the first.  This time the kicker played hero with Lawerence Tynes hitting an OT winner.  Unfortunately this one had to have a goat as well.  Pressed into action due to an injury to Ted Ginn Jr., Kyle Williams fumbled a return in OT cuz he was holding the ball like a loaf of bread and the G-Men capitalized.  Kids remember if you play in the big game, two words:  BALL SECURITY!
