Shack's Take: When a team like Philly wants to trade a guy that's scored 40 goals and they've signed to a 10 year $52mil contract the warning lights should have been flashing. Buyer beware and thus reason #722 why Columbus sucks. They're going to have to take 75 cents on the dollar to get rid of that contract unless they can convince a team like Detroit or Chicago with cap space that Carter is the last piece they need for a cup run. Unfortunately, teams like that don't give 10 year contracts to guys like Carter which is why they are among the elite so good luck with that.
